Hops: East Kent Golding
Malts: Maris Otter Pale Ale & Torrefied Wheat

2) Trampled by Koalas
Extra Pale Ale / 5.1% ABV

Hops: El Dorado, Cryo Citra & Cryo Nelson Sauvin
Malts: Pilsner & Pale Wheat

3) Pitchers & Catchers
West Coast IPA / 6.8% ABV

4) Rainbow Fabulous
Hazy IPA / 6.7% ABV
This bright, hoppy concoction is a delightful melody of HBC 1019, Cryo Citra, and Cryo Krush—making for an ombré of tropical and citrus flavors. Rainbow Fabulous is brewed in celebration of Pride. The name, inspired by The Fabulous Rainbow Tavern that occupied our space from 1973 to 1986, is a loud and emphatic proclamation that we all deserve love and dignity. A portion of proceeds from this beer will be donated to Lambert House to help fund their mission of safeguarding and uplifting LGBTQIA+ youth.

Hops: Centennial, Cryo Citra, Cryo Krush & HBC 1019
Malts: Flaked Oats, Malted Oats, Pilsner & White Wheat

5) Cosmic Sands
Double IPA / 8% ABV
This is a tribute beer. An homage, of sorts, to one of the most formative beers from our early days as Craft Beer fans. Imagine a clean, crisp double IPA saturated with traditional hop character—pithy citrus, resinous pine, and a smidge of mango and tropical fruit salad. Dry, but not startlingly so. Hoppy, but not juice. Incredibly drinkable in spite of its formidable alcohol content.

Hops: Centennial, Cryo Simcoe, Cryo Citra & Simcoe
Malts: Alix Craft 2-Row & Munich Type I

6) One Betta Fish
West Coast IPA / 6.6% ABV
Nearly four years in and 170+ batches later, L&L is finally headed towards our very first core beer. We are looking forward to brewing a West Coast IPA that will be your go to―whether it be at home, your local bar, your favorite restaurant, or your neighborhood bottle shop. But before we get there, we're doing a little R&D.

And that's where One Betta Fish comes in. Part of a series of prototypes that will ultimately inform our core West Coast IPA, we'd like to hear your thoughts on these iterations. Share your thoughts here.

Hops: Centennial, El Dorado & Cryo Citra
Malts: Pilsner

7) Lenticular Clouds
Saison / 5.8% ABV
2023 SIP Magazine Best of the NW Double Gold Winner
2023 WA Beer Awards Silver Medalist
Inspired by one of our favorite Belgian saisons, Lenticular Clouds features a robust base of spelt—an ancient form of wheat—that lends a soft mouthfeel to what is otherwise a bracingly dry and effervescent classic. This beer strikes a delicate balance between characterful fermentation notes (stone fruit, citrus pith, white pepper, and a hint of clove), delicate malt, and just a touch of classic herbal Continental hop character. Dry, bitter, and refreshing.

Hops: Sterling
Malts: Barke Pilsner & Spelt

8) Sparkle Lite
Rice Lager / 4.1% ABV
2023 SIP Magazine Best of the NW Double Gold Winner
Sparkle Lite
channels our brewer’s inner Johnny Lawrence and the sensei’s unabashed love for American Light Lager. This beer takes its inspiration from the cold waters of the Rocky Mountains, but then “crafts it up” with our favorite German pilsner malt. A healthy portion of wonderfully delicate whole grain Jasmine rice helps to lighten everything up. Expect a crisp, crusher of a lager.

Hops: Hallertau Mittelfruh
Malts: Extra Pale Premium Pilsner & Jasmine Rice

9) Deprived of Light
Russian Imperial Stout / 12% ABV
This gnarly imperial stout may be deprived of light, but it still radiates with intense flavors of cacao, coconut, and vanilla. We took our decadent imperial stout and confectionized it—blasting your palate with a depth of flavor that saturates your taste buds while still managing to finish short of typical pastry stout cloyingness.

Adjuncts: Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans, Toasted Coconut & Cacao Nibs
Malts: Pale, Crystal, Flaked Oats & Roasted Barley

10) Weekend in Sunnyside
Helles / 4.9% ABV
2025 Varietal Brewing Company Goatfest Champion
This easy-drinking Bavarian-style golden lager combines three simple ingredients—our favorite German malt, our favorite German hop, and our favorite German yeast—to build a delicately bready beer that is immensely crushable and pairs perfectly with sunny days at the beach, brisk evenings by the campfire, and weekends in Sunnyside.

Hops: Hallertau Mittelfruh
Malts: Extra Pale Premium Pilsner

11) Hella Smoke
Smoked Helles / 5% ABV
2024 Varietal Brewing Company Goatfest Champion
Hella Smoke features a delicate bouquet of ephemeral campfire smoke counterbalanced by a doughy malt backbone, nuanced herbaceous hop, and quenching dryness. This satiating lager is a case study in balance, complexity, and restraint.

Hops: Hallertau Mittelfruh & Tettnang
Malts: Pilsner, Extra Pale Premium Pilsner & Beech Smoked Malt

12) Hallowed Grounds
Coffee Dunkel / 5% ABV
[Brewed with Outer Dark Coffee Co.’s Form & Void and El Puente Natural]

The resulting beer features richly decadent coffee supported by delicious background notes of hazelnut.
