12° of Pils
Czech-style Pilsner / 5% ABV

A love letter to the motherland of pilsner, 12° of Pils is brewed with the finest Continental pilsner malt. Employing a traditional decoction mash and Czech Saaz hops, we were able to layer aromas of freshly baked bread against a slightly herbal, floral hop character. Per tradition, this beer was brewed to a gravity of 12° Plato, giving the beer a modest alcohol content and absolute crushability.
