West Coast Pale Ale / 5.7% ABV
This modern take on the classic West Coast Pale Ale radiates punchy hop aromatics thanks to copious amounts of New Zealand-newcomer Superdelic, stalwart Cryo Citra, and a late harvest version of the classic Cascade. Notes of green mango, overripe pineapple, and bright citrus zest dance deliciously upon a lean malt body with a gentle bready base.

Hops: Superdelic, Cryo Citra & Late Harvest Cascade
Malts: Pilsner & White Wheat

3) Parliament of Owls
West Coast IPA / 7% ABV
Thanks to the latest in concentrated hop products and state-of-the-art extraction techniques, Parliament of Owls completely bypasses the fledging stage and takes flight straight into the stratosphere. This modern West Coast IPA may be saturated with loads of hop goodness, but it still manages to remain dry and supremely crushable. Loads of freshly crushed citrus, tropical pineapple, and a touch of sticky weed will leave you hooting for more.

Hops: Citra, Cryo Citra & El Dorado
Malts: Pilsner, White Wheat, Vienna & Chit Malt

Boldy pushing the boundaries of hop solubility and density, this beer catapults itself to the brink of total hop saturation. Main protagonist, Krush, is backed by the fearless duo of Cryo Mosaic and Cryo Citra. Together, they have been unleashed upon a battlefield of opaquely hazy pale grist resulting in a supernatural glow for your eyes and a sensory assault on your palate.

5) Holographic Memory

With absurd amounts of Mosaic, Cryo Citra, and Cryo Sabro, this beer is so good it’ll make your photographic memory holographic! This IPA is saturated with tropical, fruity hops balanced against a luscious malt body. Holographic Memory is impeccably crafted and packed to the max with lupulin goodness.

6) Dog the Brown-tee Hunter
Brown Ale / 6.1% ABV
Our modernized take on the classic American Brown Ale boasts layers of nutty, lightly roasted malt balanced by a punchy citrus-forward hopping that unfolds to unveil layers of grapefruit pith, mandarin orange, resinous pine, and just a touch of dank cannabis.

7) Lenticular Clouds

Inspired by one of our favorite Belgian saisons, Lenticular Clouds features a robust base of spelt—an ancient form of wheat—that lends a soft mouthfeel to what is otherwise a bracingly dry and effervescent classic. This beer strikes a delicate balance between characterful fermentation notes (stone fruit, citrus pith, white pepper, and a hint of clove), delicate malt, and just a touch of classic herbal Continental hop character. Dry, bitter, and refreshing.

8) Piloti Pils
German Pilsner / 4.6% ABV
Utilizing an intricate decoction mash, this crisp and refreshing German-style Pilsner boasts layer upon layer of nuanced complexity. A lightly bready malt character beguiles against a dry, quenching body. And the use of some of our favorite noble hops introduces a refined bitterness, as well as slighty herbal and spicy hop aromatics.

9) Sparkle Lite
Rice Lager / 4.1% ABV
2023 SIP Magazine Best of the NW Double Gold Winner
Sparkle Lite
channels our brewer’s inner Johnny Lawrence and the sensei’s unabashed love for American Light Lager. This beer takes its inspiration from the cold waters of the Rocky Mountains, but then “crafts it up” with our favorite German pilsner malt. A healthy portion of wonderfully delicate whole grain Jasmine rice helps to lighten everything up. Expect a crisp, crusher of a lager.

Malts: Extra Pale Premium Pilsner & Jasmine Rice

10) Midnight Carnival
Czech Dark Lager / 4.7% ABV
Our latest Czech-style Dark Lager is a lovely pirouette of rich, chocolatey malt, an artful roast, and hearty rustic bread. Drawing you in with its rich flavors, this easy drinker finishes dry and quenching allowing for pint after pint of malty satisfaction. Midnight Carnival was brewed with the finest Czech malt and Saaz hops, utilizing an enhanced decoction process and frigid fermentation to achieve maximum lagerliciousness.

11) Deprived of Light
Russian Imperial Stout / 12% ABV
This gnarly imperial stout may be deprived of light, but it still radiates with intense flavors of cacao, coconut, and vanilla. We took our decadent imperial stout and confectionized™ it—blasting your palate with a depth of flavor that saturates your taste buds while still managing to finish short of typical pastry stout cloyingness.

Adjuncts: Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans, Toasted Coconut Coconut & Cacao Nibs

12) Barrel-aged Year 2
Barrel-aged English Barleywine / 13% ABV
L&L’s first three years have flown by and we couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve been able to brew up in that time. From our creative exploration to honing our techniques, it has been a pleasure and an honor to be able to contribute to the Seattle Craft Beer community. And to celebrate, we are releasing a decadent barrel-aged barleywine. Barrel-aged Year 2 is a blend of deliciously rich barleywine aged twelve months in Woodinville bourbon casks and other select barrel-aged beer from deep in our cellar. The result is a concoction unmatched in layered complexity—featuring notes of rich toffee, beguiling dried dark fruit, sweet vanilla, toasty oak, and an undercurrent of nutty roast.

13) Hella Smoke
Smoked Helles / 5% ABV
2024 Varietal Brewing Company Goatfest Champion
Hella Smoke features a delicate bouquet of ephemeral campfire smoke counterbalanced by a doughy malt backbone, nuanced herbaceous hop, and quenching dryness. This satiating lager is a case study in balance, complexity, and restraint.

14) Blossom Hunter
Fruited Sour / 6% ABV
Brewed in celebration of the U District Cherry Blossom Festival, Blossom Hunter features over 420 pounds of tart and sweet cherry puree. To round things out, the beer was aged on Madagascar vanilla beans and balanced out with just a hint of creamy, milk sugar. Slightly sweet, slightly tart, and completely delicious. Contains Lactose

Barrel-aged Year 1
Barrel-aged English Barleywine / 12.75% ABV
On the occasion of our 2nd anniversary, we are excited to introduce our first barrel-aged beer. Originally brewed to celebrate our 1st anniversary, Barrel-aged Year One has spent our entire second year maturing in Willett bourbon barrels. What started as a young and jubilant celebration is now an ode to wood, barley, and time. With notes of rich toffee and caramel, luscious creme brulee, nutty malt, and delicate oak, this barleywine is the perfect excuse to gather with friends.

Short Days Dark Nights: Coffee & Hazelnut
Imperial Stout / 11% ABV
Inspired by the dark depths of the PNW winter, Short Days Dark Nights is a brawny and meticulously crafted stout that launches a delightful bombardment of complex malt and roast —all layered against a sweetness balanced by lightly roasty acidity and a gentle undercurrent of bitterness. This variant of Short Days Dark Nights was aged on a generous quantity of hand-roasted whole hazelnuts and copious amounts of delicious coffee from local roastery, Kuma Coffee. The resulting beer features richly decadent coffee supported by delicious background notes of hazelnut.

Short Days Dark Nights: Peanut & Cacao
Imperial Stout / 11% ABV
Inspired by the dark depths of the PNW winter, Short Days Dark Nights is a brawny and meticulously crafted stout that launches a delightful bombardment of complex malt and roast —all layered against a sweetness balanced by lightly roasty acidity and a gentle undercurrent of bitterness. Inspired by the classic combination of peanut and chocolate, we aged this variant of Short Days Dark Nights on a robust quantity of crushed cacao nibs and dry roasted peanuts. The resulting flavors synergize with the decadent stout, showcasing a harmonious blend of dark and milk chocolates supported by an undercurrent of peanuty goodness.
