2) Year 2
English Barleywine / 11.5% ABV
[Originally released for our 2nd anniversary in 2024]
Intoxicating flavors of evolving dark fruit, tamed fire, and layered complexity.

3) Barrel-aged Year 2
Barrel-aged English Barleywine / 13% ABV
L&L’s first three years have flown by and we couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve been able to brew up in that time. From our creative exploration to honing our techniques, it has been a pleasure and an honor to be able to contribute to the Seattle Craft Beer community. And to celebrate, we are releasing a decadent barrel-aged barleywine. Barrel-aged Year 2 is a blend of deliciously rich barleywine aged twelve months in Woodinville bourbon casks and other select barrel-aged beer from deep in our cellar. The result is a concoction unmatched in layered complexity—featuring notes of rich toffee, beguiling dried dark fruit, sweet vanilla, toasty oak, and an undercurrent of nutty roast.

4) Year 3
English Barleywine / 11.7% ABV
Brewed for our third anniversary, Year 3 is full of a youthful exuberance built to age with a graceful nuance and complexity. Expect notes of toasted bread, decadent caramel and toffee—slightly nutty roast.

5) Czech Your Valves
Hoppy Czech Pilsner / 5.2% ABV
The only thing we love more than brewing with our BFFs is nerding out about lagers with our BFFS. To mark our third anniversary, we got together with our pals over at Lowercase Brewing to offer the L&L&L take on the classic Czech Nefiltrované Pivo (or unfiltered beer). It all started with a deceptively simple base of classic Raven Czech pilsner malt, which we took on an enhanced decoction journey. All of this nerding out allowed us to tease out layers of complex malt while still managing to be eminently balanced and chuggable. Inspired by one of our favorite beers, Lowercase’s Italian Pilsner, we went with a light dry hop that encourages floral aromatics and a delicious bergamot citrus note.

6) New Beer Coming Soon!

7) Lenticular Clouds
Saison / 5.8% ABV
2023 SIP Magazine Best of the NW Double Gold Winner
2023 WA Beer Awards Silver Medalist
Inspired by one of our favorite Belgian saisons, Lenticular Clouds features a robust base of spelt—an ancient form of wheat—that lends a soft mouthfeel to what is otherwise a bracingly dry and effervescent classic. This beer strikes a delicate balance between characterful fermentation notes (stone fruit, citrus pith, white pepper, and a hint of clove), delicate malt, and just a touch of classic herbal Continental hop character. Dry, bitter, and refreshing.

Hops: Sterling
Malts: Barke Pilsner & Spelt

8) New Brew New You
West Coast IPA / 6.5% ABV
We’re doubling up on the anniversary celebrations this year! As L&L celebrates a third anniversary so, too, does the barber shop with a hoppy twist. We are so excited to be teaming up with The Bottle and The Barber owner, Cameron Dean, to commemorate this milestone. The serendipity of our two near-identical openings will be celebrated with a not-too-blunt, extremely coiffable West Coast-style IPA. Brewed with a pair of fun New Zealand hop varieties (Cryo Nelson & Motueka Hop Kief) as well as our hand-selected Cryo Citra, expect New Brew New You to pack a delightfully hoppy punch—with the dry pale malt offering just a fringe of contrasting bready goodness.

Cheers to Cameron and The Bottle and The Barber on Year 3! Here’s to many more years of new brews, new dos, and new yous!

Hops: Cryo Nelson Sauvin, Motueka Hop Kief & Cryo Citra
Malts: Pilsner, Vienna & White Wheat

9) A Little Bit Citra
Hazy IPA / 6.8% ABV
"I'm an overripe pineapple. I'm all class. I'm a little bit fruity, when you swirl my glass. I'm a top shelf hop, I'm sure you'll like me a lot. I'm a little bit juicy, even though I'm not. I'm a little bit. I'm a little bit. I'm a little bit. I'm a little bit. La la la la la. A little bit Citra.”

Built around one of our favorite hops, this beer has been saturated with copious amounts of Citra and Citra alone. Coupled with a pillowy, oat body, A Little Bit Citra manages to be softly gentle yet refreshingly dry.

Hops: Citra
Malts: Pilsner, Flaked Oats, Malted Oats & Pale Wheat

10) Olympic Peaks
NW IPA / 6.9% ABV
Our winter IPA is a garnet-hued celebration of the NW IPAs of yore. Expect a balanced beer showcasing hop aromas of grapefruit and piney resin set against a toasty malt backbone and crisp bitterness.

11) A Minor Award
Winter Warmer / 6.7% ABV
At L&L, we have a nostalgic soft spot for the malty, heavily-hopped winter warmers of the early aughts. Harkening back to the seasonal warm fuzzies, A Minor Award is a holiday carol of nutty bread, deep caramel, and luscious toffee paired with a pleasing bitterness and citrus and pine aromatics.

Hops: Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Cascade & Adeena

Czech Dark Lager / 4.7% ABV
Our latest Czech-style Dark Lager is a lovely pirouette of rich, chocolatey malt, an artful roast, and hearty rustic bread. Drawing you in with its rich flavors, this easy drinker finishes dry and quenching allowing for pint after pint of malty satisfaction. Midnight Carnival was brewed with the finest Czech malt and Saaz hops, utilizing an enhanced decoction process and frigid fermentation to achieve maximum lagerliciousness.

Hops: Czech Saaz
Malts: Pilsner, Munich & Roasted Malt

13) Deprived of Light
Russian Imperial Stout / 12% ABV
This gnarly imperial stout may be deprived of light, but it still radiates with intense flavors of cacao, coconut, and vanilla. We took our decadent imperial stout and confectionized™ it—blasting your palate with a depth of flavor that saturates your taste buds while still managing to finish short of typical pastry stout cloyingness.

Adjuncts: Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans, Toasted Coconut Coconut & Cacao Nibs
Malts: Pale, Crystal, Flaked Oats & Roasted Barley

14) Tropical Two-step
Berliner Weisse / 3.7% ABV
This delightfully modern sour blends the tradition of a German-style Berliner Weisse (or as Napoleon’s troops referred to it, “the Champagne of the North”) with a tropical medley of nutty, toasted coconut and aromatic lychee.

Adjuncts: Coconut & Lychee
Malts: Pilsner & Pale Wheat
