L&L ON TAP

1) Tiny Umbrellas: Mai Tai
Hard Seltzer / 6.6% ABV
The Tiny Umbrellas Series is a collection of hard seltzers inspired by some of our favorite tiki cocktails. Starting with a meticulously produced seltzer base, we use some of the finest fruit purees available to transform our seltzer base into a beverage worthy of an island getaway. Inspired by the classic Mai Tai, this version features a lovely medley of lime, orange, and pineapple with background notes of Orgeat syrup. Dry and refreshing with just a hint of quenching acidity, this is the next best thing to drinking under the swaying palm trees.

3) A Little Bit Citra
Hazy IPA / 6.8% ABV
"I'm an overripe pineapple. I'm all class. I'm a little bit fruity, when you swirl my glass. I'm a top shelf hop, I'm sure you'll like me a lot. I'm a little bit juicy, even though I'm not. I'm a little bit. I'm a little bit. I'm a little bit. I'm a little bit. La la la la la. A little bit Citra.”

Built around one of our favorite hops, this beer has been saturated with copious amounts of Citra and Citra alone. Coupled with a pillowy, oat body, A Little Bit Citra manages to be softly gentle yet refreshingly dry.

Hops: Citra
Malts: Pilsner, Flaked Oats, Malted Oats & Pale Wheat

4) Olympic Peaks
NW IPA / 6.9% ABV
Our winter IPA is a garnet-hued celebration of the NW IPAs of yore. Expect a balanced beer showcasing hop aromas of grapefruit and piney resin set against a toasty malt backbone and crisp bitterness.

Hops: Centennial, Citra & Simcoe
Malts: Alix Craft 2-Row & Vienna

5) Fractal Sunset
Double IPA / 8.2% ABV
Fractal Sunset shows us exactly why Citra and Mosaic have become the banger hops we’ve all grown to love. This big double IPA was hit hard with Cryo Citra and Cryo Mosaic—leaving an aftermath of overripe mango, pineapple, and tropical fruit flavors in its wake.

Hops: Citra & Mosaic
Malts: Pilsner & Pale Wheat

6) Gilded Sky
West Coast Pilsner / 5.4% ABV
Three great Washington breweries, all gold medal winners in the 2024 Best of Craft Beer Awards, have come together to craft a delicious new hoppy lager. Old Stove and Ladd & Lass proudly represent the west side of the Cascades, and Icicle Brewing Company the east. Brewed in Leavenworth, this West Coast Pilsner features Superdelic hops provided by Yakima Valley Hops, that punch up tropical fruit notes and aromas while nestled in an incredibly smooth lager.

7) Oktoberfest
Märzen / 5.3% ABV
Our take on the Bavarian classic, Oktoberfest is a sumptuous celebration of malt and clean lager fermentation. This beer bursts with deep toasty notes of rustic bread crust, light toffee, and a complementary herbaceous hop note—perfect for the transition into autumn and the depths of winter.

Hops: Tettnang & Magnum
Malts: Floor-Malted Bohemian Dark & Munich Type 2

8) A Minor Award
Winter Warmer / 6.7% ABV
At L&L, we have a nostalgic soft spot for the malty, heavily-hopped winter warmers of the early aughts. Harkening back to the seasonal warm fuzzies, A Minor Award is a holiday carol of nutty bread, deep caramel, and luscious toffee paired with a pleasing bitterness and citrus and pine aromatics.

Hops: Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Cascade & Adeena
Malts: Pale, Rye & Floor-malted Bohemian Dark

9) Deprived of Light
Russian Imperial Stout / 12% ABV
This gnarly imperial stout may be deprived of light, but it still radiates with intense flavors of cacao, coconut, and vanilla. We took our decadent imperial stout and confectionized™ it—blasting your palate with a depth of flavor that saturates your taste buds while still managing to finish short of typical pastry stout cloyingness.

Adjuncts: Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans, Toasted Coconut Coconut & Cacao Nibs
Malts: Pale, Crystal, Flaked Oats & Roasted Barley

10) 12˚of Pils
Czech Pils / 4.7% ABV
A love letter to the motherland of pilsner, 12°of Pils is brewed with the finest Czech pilsner malt. Employing a traditional decoction mash and Czech Saaz hops, we were able to layer aromas of freshly baked bread against a slightly herbal, floral hop character. Per tradition, this beer was brewed to a gravity of 12° Plato, giving the beer a modest alcohol content and absolute crushability.

Hops: Magnum & Czech Saaz
Malts: Pilsner & CaraHell

11) Tropical Two-step
Berliner Weisse / 3.7% ABV
This delightfully modern sour blends the tradition of a German-style Berliner Weisse (or as Napoleon’s troops referred to it, “the Champagne of the North”) with a tropical medley of nutty, toasted coconut and aromatic lychee.

12) Midnight Carnival
Czech Dark Lager / 4.7% ABV

Our latest Czech-style Dark Lager is a lovely pirouette of rich, chocolatey malt, an artful roast, and hearty rustic bread. Drawing you in with its rich flavors, this easy drinker finishes dry and quenching allowing for pint after pint of malty satisfaction. Midnight Carnival was brewed with the finest Czech malt and Saaz hops, utilizing an enhanced decoction process and frigid fermentation to achieve maximum lagerliciousness.

Hops: Czech Saaz
Malts: Pilsner, Munich & Roasted Malt
